Make sure there's a Democrat running in your District in 2006

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee has an interactive map showing who's running for Congress in all 50 states. Sadly some Republicans are running unchallenged. Check out your state and recruit someone you know to run.

For those of us in Illinois... we have a little less than a month (until December 19) to find candidates.

• IL-13 Western Chicago suburbs including parts of Cook, DuPage, and Will Counties.
• IL-16 Northern Illinois including parts of Boone, Carroll, Dekalb, Jo Daviess, McHenry, Ogle, Stephenson, Winnebago Counties.
• IL-18 Central Illinoios including parts of Adams, Brown, Cass, Logan, Macow, Marshall, Mason, Menard, Morgan, Peoria, Pike, Putnam, Sangamon, Schuyler, Scott, Stark, Tazewell, and Woodford Counties.
