Where's the House of Representatives? Are the GOP House members hypocrites who use impeachment for breaking marriage vows (i.e. Bill Clinton) as a blunt political instrument, or will they use it for violating the Constitution and failing to perform the duties of the Office of President to uphold the Constitution? Will Democrats have the political will to inflame the public awareness since they don't have the numbers to act in the House?
