Illinois fails Center for Public Integrity test for Utility Commission financial disclosure

Here's something to be curious about. What exactly are the financial interests of the regulators who oversee utilities?

The Center for Public Integrity published a report called "State Utility Commissions Fail Transparency Test Half of states fail Center survey"

They gave Illinois an F grade and included us in the list of states with low disclosure scores and higher than average salaries.
