Media coverage on Davis case resisting ID searches

The media have picked up on the Deborah Davis case of resisting unreasonable searches for people riding the bus while anonymous.

National Public Radio covered the story.

Talking to a Gen Y about this case was a shocker. He sincerely didn't understand why people should object to being forced to arbitrarily prove their identity. Twentysomethings don't question authority like people in my generation did. It's a dangerous attitude to a society of free people. Government is the servant of the people, not the other way. I'm not sure how to make the case to the next generation.

We need to keep this in the public eye. Write your local media outlets and ask them to cover the story.
